I would highly recommend Barb at Morgin realty to anyone! As first time home buyers my fiancé and I were so picky about everything and looked at multiple different homes. Barb was there with us every step of the way! We even stopped looking for awhile and once we were ready to start looking again Barb was all in and ready to roll! I've never posted a review online before but I'm compelled to share my experience with Morgin Realty. I may have been one of Barb's more difficult clients, with very specific needs and a limited budget. From our first meeting Barb assured me that she would find me the perfect home. After more than a year of searching and a few disappointments, I received the call I was waiting for. She found the right home at the right price for me. Within 5 minutes of arriving I knew she was right, and told her to make the deal. I couldn't be happier. She went above and beyond to find something that was exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. She made the entire process easy and painless. I would recommend Morgin Realty to anyone looking for a home if they want to have the best in the business working for them. My only regret is that I will never have the opportunity to work with Barb again because this will be my "forever house". I may have lost a realtor, but I have gained a friend for life. Not only was Barb Morgin awesome in helping my husband and I find a home when we relocated from Illinois to Indiana many years ago, but she most recently referred me to a local contractor and individual for home maintenance -- thank you so much Barb!
